Availability, characteristics, methods of execution and costs of services may vary depending on the specific needs of the customer and the project. The final terms of any engagement will be established by a separate agreement or contract between LIZ and the customer.
7. Free consultation
The site may allow the customer to book a free consultation by choosing an available date and time. The free consultation is for introductory and preliminary purposes and allows LIZ and the potential customer to discuss needs relating to the wedding or event. Booking the consultation does not automatically constitute a professional engagement nor oblige the purchase of services from LIZ. Any subsequent services will be governed by a separate contract.
8. Online booking
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during booking. In case of error, the customer must contact LIZ using the contacts available on the site. After booking, the customer may receive a confirmation email at the address provided. LIZ may receive a notification of the new booking.
9. Appointment availability
Appointments are subject to availability shown in the online calendar. LIZ reserves the right, if necessary, to contact the customer to agree a change of appointment.
10. WhatsApp and external services
The site may contain links to external services, including WhatsApp, social networks, calendar services or other third-party tools. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. LIZ is not responsible for how such parties independently manage user data.
